Why healing requires courage.

Liberty happens when true courage dorminates

Healing isn’t a one day process neither is  it a complete process it’s a continuous process and thus why it’s always referred to as a healing journey, recovery journey because it’s a journey it has no definite destination, but it brings all the fulfillment and meaningfulness to want to remain on the journey.
Embracing healing is as hard as remaining in confusion. Imagine a mountain wanting to erupt there’s so much activity going inside the magma inside creates tension and vents so hot it flows out, but the lava that flows out forms beautiful creation.
As our hearts become ready to release traumas, aches, burdens, the tension inside is greater than living with the limitations of fear, anxiety, ego, shame, anger and that’s why we always tend to look for simple ways to bail out, such as addiction, running to church, concentrating on our careers, getting to unfulfilled relationships, becoming ambitiously greedy,we look for any other way that will help us not look inside but rather look outside. This only subotages the hearts from releasing and it ends up increasing the conflicts to higher degree than before making us become more enslaved to our simplified bail out( survival mode). We live life craving, wanting, desiring, waiting, anticipating, hoping and competing for something unknown. The more we run away the more empty we become, we fill accomplished and unsatisfied simultaneously.
We achieve but remain unfulfilled,we get to the top, get what we think we wanted, but still desire more, why?
Because what makes us satisfied and fulfilled is internal, it’s what lead’s to a meaningful life.
It’s becoming aware of our values, discovering our purpose and aligning our lives with these things. It makes us authentic and atuned to who we are and we set our life based on these foundations. Our careers, our marriages, goals, relationships.
And healing is remaining in this process, this journey of becoming aware and discovering as you grow.
Therefore you need courage everyday to keep going inward to allow the heart, mind, release for in the happenings of life we remain triggered it’s upon us to move in the direction of what we are founded on to remain true to ourselves.

Today’s courage leads to tomorrow’s freedom.
